A new area on the WordPress “Extend” area is for Commercially Supported GPL Themes. While it may not be to the same level of information as their free themes directory, you can at least get started with theme designers that offer paid support. The theme designers (currently at nine) all embody the GPL License and do not restrict the way you use their themes.
It is noted that in order to get listed on the site, you must meet the following requirements:
- – Distribute 100% GPL themes, including artwork and CSS.
- – Have professional support options, and optionally customization.
- – Your site should be complete, well-designed, up-to-date, and professional looking.
- – Include a message about yourself somewhere.
