Unique Blog Designs, who rose to fame in the past year for creating WordPress themes for popular bloggers has released a free theme, called UBD Money Maker.
The theme features functionality that is typically only seen in premium themes, with their custom UBD Block Ad Plugin integrated, as well as a social bookmarking functionality and several other sidebar plugins, minimizing the number of plugins you need to install.
A custom “Themes Options” panel is included, for using FeedBurner, MyBlogLog, Recent Readers, and customizing the 468×60 banner advertisement. Preview the theme options panel in this image. Word has been provided that this ability will be added for all future themes that they develop, which provides a better experience if you have never dealt with WordPress coding.
Overall, this theme looks like some of the themes that have been produced by them in the past in retrospect to those that have been designed for a fee, which isn’t always a bad factor. This theme features a clean and feature-packed look, with advertisement space in the sidebar, header, and between posts. The color scheme focuses on the white, black/gray, and green colors.
