Extended Theme Description:
Suit & Tie is the perfect theme for small businesses who don’t want to develop their own custom content management system (CMS). The theme is a complete solution for getting started with WordPress. No longer do you have to deal with code that you don’t know how to deal with. Combined with an elegant design, the theme includes a number of unique features that make it possible to edit many popular features of the theme through their custom back-end.
Taking a more in-depth look at the theme, the front page features a automatically sliding/fading area for placing images and links to internal pages and posts that you may have written about your products or promotions, depending on the type of business that you run. Due to the nature of the theme (focusing more on a wide, spacious format), there are drop-down menus for your blog and about pages, ideal for more business and corporate-type use.
Beneath the slider is a static page/welcome message area, which is ideal for placing latest news and your long-term mission statement. To the right of this, there is an area for placing your latest blog articles and comments. For the homepage, that’s pretty much it. Next, we’ll be moving onto the “blog” page.
If your business opts to create a blog area, you’ll find that there are two columns, and all HMTL elements have been defined and styled already, so you can make use of headings and images align properly. Threaded comments support in the comments allows you to increase interactivity and feedback times on your blog, as you don’t need to separate comments – you can reply to them in a matter of seconds.
Back to the top of the theme, you’ll find an area for your readers to subscribe to your newsletter, advertisement areas, as well as Flickr integration. However, like all the other themes from WooThemes, these can be removed just as easily as they can be re-added to your theme.
In conclusion, the theme is certainly a good start for any business that wants to create a presence online, if you don’t have one already. The theme packs more than just the default color scheme – red, black, blue, gray, purple, and several other variations are also available. Check out the theme demo to the left in order to get started with the theme.

Despite contrary belief, this doesn’t mean that you are able to redistribute the themes or use their developed/premium code for your own projects (without first purchasing the themes)
Wrong, baby, it surely does. Read the GPL fist, then publish a post. If I get GPL version of anything from any source, I can edit, use and redistribute it without any restrictions (that doesn’t mean I will), even without telling it to original author etc. And when I decide to fork it and build upon it, it is the same scenario!.
Please, do not lie to people.
Fist lines of GNU General Public License:Copyright (C) [years] [name of copyright holder]
This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version…
GPL FAQ:
Does the GPL allow me to require that anyone who receives the software must pay me a fee and/or notify me?
No. In fact, a requirement like that would make the program non-free. If people have to pay when they get a copy of a program, or if they have to notify anyone in particular, then the program is not free. See the definition of free software.
The GPL is a free software license, and therefore it permits people to use and even redistribute the software without being required to pay anyone a fee for doing so.
If someone steals a CD containing a version of a GPL-covered program, does the GPL give him the right to redistribute that version?
If the version has been released elsewhere, then the thief probably does have the right to make copies and redistribute them under the GPL, but if he is imprisoned for stealing the CD he may have to wait until his release before doing so.
If the version in question is unpublished and considered by a company to be its trade secret, then publishing it may be a violation of trade secret law, depending on other circumstances. The GPL does not change that. If the company tried to release its version and still treat it as a trade secret, that would violate the GPL, but if the company hasn’t released this version, no such violation has occurred.
