To “lostbuyer,” the themes at Press75 can be used on an unlimited number of websites. The text in the sidebar is standard, but has been changed to reflect the many theme designers who have changed to a “GPL-Licensed” model, which means that you can remove the footer text. The terms have been listed on the Press75 website if I have been unclear.
