SimpleFolio is a free blog and portfolio theme designed with two different widget-ready areas and threaded comments support. Paginated comments and two different page templates have either been included or implemented within the theme. The control of images is done from the posts page, through two fields that have the dimensions of the images included.
The theme is clean and elegant – on the main page, a featured content slideshow is included to help you promote your latest work and projects, as well as space for text about yourself, your business, and your latest blog posts. This area is widget-ready and can easily be customized to suit your needs.
Taking a look at the portfolio page, this is the ideal spot for placing your latest projects. A list of categories displays across the top of the page, along with information beneath each image about the project.
While several options have been included in the theme, this is not the theme for people who want to build complete sites without making some major modifications.
