Extended Theme Description:

Red Stamp is an exclusive theme by eBlog Templates, originally created by Ask Graphics. Although the theme is a Blogger theme, it contains multiple options for customizing the theme. eBlog Templates provides steps for configuring the recent comments and posts widgets, as well as an advertising sidebar area. Ease of use has also been addressed, as there is no configuration of the right-hand corner RSS image/link, plus the “Fonts and Colors” tool has been activated/configured to offer the most flexibility with the theme (rarely done with other third-party released Blogger templates).

Near the top of the page is an area for placing a snapshot of what your blog is about, plus an area for linking to blog posts and outside websites. These two options, like the others have been addressed in the release page andcan easily be configured using widgets or editing the theme by finding the location of the pre-configured text.

This theme has been said to be better than the original WordPress theme, simply because it contains more options that make it a complete theme. You don’t have to take my word for it, though.
