Extended Theme Description:

The Linoluna Theme, designed by Michael Jubel, is a free magazine theme using a simple layout.  It is extremely easy to use, and is ideal for sites that have multiple authors.

There are four main tab elements, for placing  the most viewed, commented, top rated, and emailed posts.  A slideshow is also displayed on the main page of the theme using a JavaScript add-on.

Post author information, the date, category, number of views, comments, and a print/email post link are displayed to the right of each post, making it easy for visitors and readers to share the content that you have created.

In addition, much like other magazine themes, there is some work required to setup the theme, including adding ads (through folders).  You are also required to place images in custom fields for adding images to the theme, and you must customize the post category ID that is used for the featured post.

All in all, the theme makes a good alternative to many premium themes that are using a similar layout, but it does require some knowledge of where files are located in WordPress before the theme appears “complete.” 

Note: The demo link provided is through the demos that I have setup, not that of the author, who only has a screenshot preview of the theme.  For this reason, all elements may not work properly.
