The IsoTherm News Magazine Theme is the latest theme from BizzArtic that includes numerous features that make it stand out from the rest of the themes on the market, whether free or premium. For one, the overall layout is magazine, which was traditionally found on premium themes, which doesn’t hold true for this theme (it’s free).

When you take a look around the main page, you will notice that there is a good blend of colors, typography, and images that make the theme unique in its own right. Not many other themes available use a six image “featured” area at the top of the page rather using a more magazine-styled layout (which is still used beneath) with additional posts. Recent comments and posts are displayed beneath this area, but can be changed or reconfigured to your liking.

Within the sidebars, you’ll find, to name just a few of the many widget options: advertisements, recent videos, popular posts, a Flickr photostream, etc.

All in all, the theme can be a good choice for those of you looking for a theme that has plenty of options and features, but you want a theme that is more advanced, as most magazines require additional time to write each post with thumbnails and to get the theme working initially.
