Hottie 1.0 is a free theme designed by Michael Pollock of Solostream.

While the theme appears basic, it does include some of the display elements found in premium themes – banner integration, featured article functionality, and an appealing layout.

If you want to change the header image from the red “water drops” to something else, you would simply have to find an image with the same size and replace the code with the URL of the new image.
