Extended Theme Description:

The F8 Remixed Theme from Graph Paper Press/Thad Allender was created to serve as a photographer’s portfolio. The F8 theme name came from the technical term, f8, which refers to the lens aperture on a camera, and the long time that it took the designer to finally accomplish the theme/site he wanted. This theme bundles the best of a CMS into one – a portfolio with a blog section.

F8 Remixed overall is a well-designed theme, based on the main design concept that Thad bases his work on – simple and minimalist themes. Because of this, this theme, much like the others uses a white/light background, dark text and a few red elements for links. On the main page, a large image can feature your latest project, with six (pre-configured, but changeable) images below this linking to other galleries. Beside these images is an excerpt of the latest post, with post titles listed below this. While this theme can be adapted to suit blogs other than photo blogs, the content that the theme is meant to showcase are images with “news” posts about your photography business or relating to your portfolio images/galleries.

Support: Any questions can either be emailed to Thad or directed to the forums.
