Delighted is a feature-rich theme for WordPress that has been released for free, despite the fact that a large number of options have been included.

At the top of the page/theme, there is space for a featured post, which will be created when you follow the basic instructions provided within the release post. The look of this area is fairly unique, although it would be nice if the post content wasn’t cut off.

Beneath this, all your posts will be displayed in excerpt format, in order to conserve space and display more content on the main page. Read more, comment, and category links have been integrated into this area on the main page.

Within the sidebar, there is space for an “About Us” message, links to your RSS feed as well as your Twitter/social networking sites. Advertisements can also be integrated into this area, ideal if you want to monetize your site. A tabbed area has been placed beneath this, ideal for categories, latest comments, or recent posts, all depending on what type of content you want to integrate here.

The footer is large and can display popular posts, latest tweets, a search box, as well as your latest Flickr photos.
