Chimera Standard is a premium theme designed by Theme Spinner, with the only feature lacking from the “Pro” version being the color changer located in the header of the theme. Besides this, the only other differences is the lack of a featured content and related posts area along with the price- dramatically lower at just $39 for a single-use license and $69 for a multiple-use license.
The theme’s main color scheme is red, black/gray and white. In the header, you can place a logo along with an integrated search box. Following this area, there is a horizontal navigation bar.
Plenty of monetization options have been built into the theme, although you have to edit the code the /root/wp-content/themes/Chimera_Standard folder labeled as “adsense”. In addition, the theme (Standard) doesn’t support adding thumbnails to posts, as it features more of a standard three-column layout.
All in all, the Chimera Standard WordPress Theme offers an affordable alternative to other themes that are free and do not include support or the immense options that this theme includes.
