Extended Theme Description:

Agent is a professional theme aimed at real estate professionals and agents who want to maintain a showcase of their properties as well as a blog, designed and developed by StudioPress.

I’ll be taking a look at the “Expanded” theme format, which includes a more advanced front page. Across the top of the theme, you’ll find the logo of your company along with a tagline. Subscription links are included to the right of this, in a prominent position.

A large image of your featured property, along with posts/featured properties are included in this general area. Excerpts can be displayed for these properties.

Tips (or other content) from your blog can be displayed beneath this area, in an ideal location.

Within the sidebar, there is an advanced category/property search area, making it ideal for people who want to showcase higher/lower-end homes or those within certain categories. Remember, this theme is aimed at real estate agents and consultants. Further down there is a widget-ready sidebar, ideal for latest tweets, Google Ads, archive links “About Me” areas, and other links/content.

Four colors have been included with the theme – blue (default), red, green, and tan. Using these color schemes or the PSD files ensures that you can brand the theme to your liking, while still maintaining much of the core functionality.

All the page templates and blog posts/comments have been styled with the latest features included within WordPress.
